• 100% Free Services for Advocates: While the platform undergoes continuous architectural refinement, feature expansion, and user feedback intake, all advocates have unrestricted, zero-cost access to all professional features.
• Minimal Monthly Subscription: Once the platform reaches full operational maturity, a nominal, affordable monthly subscription fee will be introduced to cover cloud infrastructure, bank gateway licensing, and verified support.
• One-Month Advance Notice Guarantee: Prior to implementing any billing, every registered lawyer will receive a formal 30-day (1 month) advance written notice via SMS, email, and portal banner, alongside an introductory complimentary free month. Until that milestone is reached, all lawyer services remain 100% free.

Every lawyer offering legal advice on Wakeel Chamber must possess a valid license issued by the Pakistan Bar Council or their respective provincial bar council (Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, or Islamabad Bar Council). Misrepresentation will lead to immediate deactivation.

Intake inquiries submitted via Wakeel Chamber do not automatically form an attorney-client relationship until formal engagement is confirmed through a Vakalatnama or written consultation contract.

All client communications and case notes are protected with AES-256 encryption. Online payment methods are secured via PayFast, a State Bank of Pakistan regulated PSO/PSP.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
